“Photography is the only language that can be understood anywhere in the world” - Bruno Barbey
The American Bald Eagle, what a majestic bird, with those steely eyes and spectacular aerial manoeuvres made for four days of a photography workshop with a difference. There were numerous opportunities for inflight and actions shots as the Eagles tried to steal fish from the Herons who protested somewhat loudly. The beautiful scenery of Seabeck Bay was the backdrop to this workshop.
I was able to photograph many other species of birds in Washington State thanks to the hospitality of a very special friend and some of these are included in the gallery.
